Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inky website (inky.gg) and related interfaces (the "Interface"). By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

1. Nature of the Interface

Inky provides a non-custodial, software-only interface that helps users interact with third-party blockchain smart contracts to deploy and view tokens on Ink. We do not custody funds, do not operate as a broker, exchange, or investment adviser, and do not control wallets, private keys, or on-chain outcomes.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on the Interface is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Token listings, charts, market data, and UI labels (including green or red price changes) are informational only and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

3. Risk of loss

Cryptocurrencies, meme tokens, and liquidity-pool assets are extremely volatile and speculative. You may lose some or all of any digital assets you use, buy, sell, or hold. Tokens launched through or displayed on the Interface may be worthless, illiquid, or fraudulent. Past performance does not indicate future results.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely and exclusively responsible for: (a) securing your wallet and private keys; (b) reviewing smart contracts, transactions, and gas fees before signing; (c) deciding whether any action is legal or suitable for you; and (d) any taxes or other consequences of your activity. By using the Interface you confirm you have read and understood the risks disclosed here and still choose to proceed at your own risk.

5. No warranty

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful code, or that any token, transaction, or market data is accurate or complete.

6. Zero liability — no obligations

BECAUSE THE RISKS ARE FULLY DISCLOSED IN THESE TERMS, YOU USE THE INTERFACE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE OPERATORS OF INKY AND THEIR CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS. WE HAVE NO LEGAL, FIDUCIARY, CONTRACTUAL, OR OTHER OBLIGATIONS TO YOU WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH THE INTERFACE, ANY TOKEN, ANY TRANSACTION, OR ANY LOSS. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND — DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHERWISE — OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU IS ZERO (US $0). YOU AGREE NOT TO BRING ANY CLAIM, COMPLAINT, OR PROCEEDING AGAINST US ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE INTERFACE.

7. Third-party services

The Interface may link to or rely on third-party networks, explorers, RPC providers, indexers, and market-data services (for example DexScreener). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or security.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the Interface to violate law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the Interface, or deploy or promote tokens in connection with fraud, market manipulation, or other unlawful activity.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Interface after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Acknowledgment

By using the Interface you acknowledge that risks were disclosed in advance, that you accept those risks, that we owe you nothing, and that you alone bear any and all losses with zero recourse against us.
